The Execuown service

Execuown brings together Finanquill, Spendwink, Nodfull, and Intabrief. Use it for work you are authorized to manage. You retain ownership of your content and allow the service to process it to provide its features. Do not impersonate others, misuse share links, access other accounts, or submit unlawful content.

Early-access subscriptions

Early access is $5 USD per month for one app or $15 USD per month for these four apps. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled through the billing portal. The final amount and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Each paid app permits up to 250 records; archived records count. The free tier permits 3 records per app. Finanquill includes 1 project on free and 250 projects on paid.

Your original monthly rate stays the same while that subscription remains active, including after v1.0. Cancelled subscriptions, new purchases, and plan changes use the price offered at that time. Taxes are separate. The suite includes these four apps; future products are not automatically included.

The protected rate is the subscription price, not a guarantee about taxes. A failed payment can suspend paid access. If Stripe successfully retries the same subscription before it is cancelled, the original subscription rate remains. Cancelling at period end retains paid access until that period ends. Changing to another plan requires ending the current subscription first; the new plan is priced at the offer available then.

Product development

The apps are in early access. Subscribe for existing capabilities; no v1.0 release date, future feature, profit, or specific financial result is guaranteed. Recorded client decisions are not verified electronic signatures. Calendar reminders depend on your calendar software. Verify important agreements and deadlines independently.

Data and service interruptions

Keep exports of your work. Service interruptions may occur. When paid access ends, existing records remain readable and exportable; new records are limited by the free allowance. Deleting workspace data does not cancel billing. Each app provides separate data controls.

Contact support for billing issues, refund requests, account closure, or questions. Applicable consumer rights are unaffected.
