What Execuown stores

ChatGPT sign-in provides a site-specific user ID and email. Execuown stores your billing identifiers, subscription price and status, connections to your app workspaces, and support requests. It does not copy project records from the four apps. Stripe handles card details; Execuown does not store them.

Connecting your workspaces

Each app has a separate sign-in identity. When you choose Connect, the app and Execuown securely link those identities so the app can check your subscription. Email addresses are not used to merge accounts. Only plan access and identifiers are shared between the apps and Execuown.

Providers and access

OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare host the service and database. ChatGPT handles sign-in. Stripe processes payments when enabled. Administrators can read support requests to help you. We do not add advertising trackers or sell your project data. Providers may retain operational and security logs.

Your choices

Export Execuown account information from Account. Export and delete project records in each app separately. Remove workspace connections or delete Execuown account data from Account. Payment records required for financial recordkeeping may need to be retained. Cancel subscriptions separately in the billing portal; deleting project data does not cancel a subscription.
